On the 8th of November the Umami Educational Committee organizes a Seaweed Film Event. Mark Tulsdom, co-founder of The Dutch Weedburger, will start with a talk about the health benefits of Seaweeds and why we should implement Seaweeds in our diet. After this talk, we will watch a documentary about using Seaweeds in our diet and last but definitely not least, we will have a tasting session!
