Normec is one of the leading experts when it comes to food safety. They will be in Venlo on the 15th of May to give us a workshop about it. This is a great opportunity to improve your own product's HACCP plan, or ask any burning questions you may have left! The workshop will roughly cover elements from chapter 7 and 9 from the protocol. 

The workshop will take place in the lecture hall from 10:00-13:00.
