Hello everyone! 

The Educational Committee is inviting you to join our Communication Workshop which will include the following:

First, our guest speaker will talk about her experience in the PR department at bofrost*, a European manufacturer of frozen foods. She will answer the following questions, among others:

- What is Corporate Communication?

- How do I handle escalating customer complaints? 

- How do I use text modules?

We will follow with a short workshop on how to write business emails:

- What do I do when I don’t know the recipient?

- What are the Do’s and Don’ts in emailing?

- How do I format my email? 

In the end, a Kahoot quiz will show us who paid the most attention! The winner gets a nice, edible prize.
