At Scelta Mushrooms everything revolves around mushrooms. They process mushrooms into a wide range of products, from freshly frozen and preserved with extended shelf life to healthier appetizers and natural taste enhancers. The mushrooms find their way into pizzas, soups, sauces, ready meals and other products and are available in multiple international supermarkets.
And now we have the opportunity to visit the company!
On the 15th of March (Friday, no class!) we will visit the head quarter of Scelta. Jan Klerken, CEO and owner of Scelta Mushrooms, will welcome us at 9.00 with a presentation, followed by an interactive session with as theme "food and the next generation". We finish the visit (around 11.30) with a cup of coffee and a treat.
When: Friday March 15th
Registration deadline: March 1 before 23.59h
Joining the event is without any costs and we will go there by bike (6KM) or bus (depending on the weather).
Please keep in mind that we provide a list with names to the company. To keep our good image of our university and ISA Umami, cancelling after the deadline is not possible!
