The Battle of the Studies is an event created in collaboration with DKE, FASoS, MSP, UCM & UCV in hope of bringing our faculties closer together😉. Although this is a battle... it's all in good fun!☺

WHAT IS IT EXACTLY?

It is a music competition in which two bands from each faculty will perform. Each act gets around 12 minutes to perform on a proper stage at Muziekgieterij. After all of the musicians have performed, the audience and one appointed jury from each faculty will vote for two things:

1) The best musical act (no pressure)

2) The best faculty overall (no pressure either)

Music performances start at 8:30 pm and at around midnight (00:00), we will announce the winner! 🏆 There will be food🍟, snacks🙋‍♀& drinks🍻 for sale to fuel up on!

WHO is performing from HFIM?

On the 16th of May, Micha and Marit will represent our Campus in the UM Battle of the Studies in Maastricht.

They have a message for you: "Together we sing and play guitar. We are practising a lot to set a great performance. Obviously, we don't want to play in front of only a few people so that’s why we need you to be our audience! Next to this, the audience can vote for the best act of the evening and for the best faculty, so we need your help to support us 😊 Don't miss out on a legendary evening filled with great music and good vibes! We hope to see you there!
